Policies
Check In: 3 p.m
Check Out: 10 a.m.
Required Stay: One week minimum, Saturday to Saturday,
during the high season (jul/aug), 3 day minimum other
times during the year.
Cancellation Policy: If the tenant cancels his/her
reservation, all funds received will be refunded only
if premises are re-rented for the reservation period.
If re-rented for a lesser amount, the difference between
this rental and the lesser rental amount shall not
be refunded. If premises are re-rented, a 5% cancellation
fee will be charged.
Deposits: 1/2 the rent amount is required to hold
the property. The final rental amount plus $500-$750
security deposit is due one month before the check-in
date.
Cleaning fee: No additional fee, weekly cleaning
is included in the rental.
No pets, no smoking. Dogs considered - please inquire.
